In order to provide you with the highest quality dental care on a sound business basis, we provide our patients with an estimate of fees and arrange for a payment schedule. By establishing a clearly defined method of payment, we hope to eliminate confusion, simplify insurance claims, and provide more thorough coverage for our patients. So that we will both have a definite understanding, please select the payment plan that is most appropriate for your budget.

  • A 5% accounting reduction will be extended to our patients when fees in excess of $300 are paid in full prior to treatment, by cash or check only.
  • Discover, MasterCard or Visa are all accepted in our office.
  • Extended monthly payments through Chase Health Advance are available for consideration through us. Participation is based on credit approval. 12,18 & 24 month no interest plans available- ask for details.

For our patients with dental insurance, our professional services are rendered to you directly and not to your insurance company. We will submit your dental claim to your insurance company for you.  You are responsible for paying all co-pays and balances that your insurance company does not  pay.   We will do our utmost to help you derive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.

We realize that emergencies can occur. Should an unforeseen situation prevent you from making a pre-arranged payment, please contact our office to avoid the possibility of a misunderstanding. Our office does offer a 10% Senior Discount for our patients 60 years and over, not covered under a dental insurance plan..
